• Insight eye clinic reserves the right to refuse the use of services immediately in case your conduct is deemed by Insight eye clinic to be in contravention of applicable acts, laws, rules and regulations or considered to be unethical/ immoral.

Indemnity

• By accessing our website, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from all claims, actions, damages, costs and expenses including legal fees arising from or in connection with your use of our website.
• You agree and undertake to indemnify and keep indemnified Insight eye clinic, the concerned doctor for any losses, costs, charges and expenses including reasonable attorney fees that the concerned doctor and Insight eye clinic may suffer on account of (a) misdiagnosis/faulty judgment/interpretation error/perception error arising from (i) your failure to provide correct and/ or complete clinical information/ history about the patient in timely and clinically appropriate manner; or (ii) suppression of material facts; or (iii) your failure to provide relevant clinical information about the patient; or (iv) misinterpretation of the advice/ prescription/ diagnosis by you; or (v) failure to follow doctor’s advice/ prescription by you; or (b) incorrect or inaccurate credit/ debit card details provided by you; or (c) using a credit/ debit card which is not lawfully owned by you; or (d) if you permit a third party to use your password or other means to access your account.

Jurisdiction

• These terms and conditions are to be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and any claim made by either party against the other which in any way arises out of these terms and conditions will be heard in India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these Courts.
• If any provision in these terms and conditions is invalid under any law the provision will be limited, narrowed, construed or altered as necessary to render it valid but only to the extent necessary to achieve such validity. If necessary the invalid provision will be deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• Insight eye clinic makes no representations that the services are appropriate for patients in any other location except India as Insight eye clinic operates and controls this website from India. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law then the said provision will be superseded by a valid, enforceable provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect

Modification of Terms and conditions of Service:

• Insight eye clinic may at any time, without any prior notification to you, modify these terms and conditions. Please review the latest version of the terms and conditions before proceeding to avail the Services. If you continue to use the Service, it shall be deemed that you agree to accept and abide by the modified terms and conditions.

Patient Relationship Management:

Insight eye clinic Pune, is offering the facility of eye check by booking the appointment through its website https://www.insighteyeclinic.co.in. Or through link https://prm.insighteyeclinic.co.in the following terms and conditions govern all your transactions with respect to the Services including online appointment booking, payment and refunds and or any and all other transactions through this Website or through its authorized third party websites. The Services available on the Website does not in any way constitute an invitation or recommendation to avail the Services. Insight eye clinic advises the users to make an independent determination in respect of its accuracy or usefulness and suitability prior to making any decision in reliance hereof

1. Appointment scheduling, Rescheduling, or Cancellation: www.insighteyeclinic.co.in provides an opportunity to schedule appointments online only for the Indian Citizens. Services shall be available for various consults, diagnostics and treatments. The Services with respect to a specific doctor/ physician shall be available subject to his/ her availability. Confirmation of your appointment shall be sent to you via SMS. Insight eye clinic reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment without any prior notice. For the consultation, you are advised to report at the clinic 10 minutes before the scheduled time of appointment, for the timely completion of your eye checkup. You may reschedule your appointment by reaching us out by a text message or by calling us@ 9028050288.

2. User Submissions/ Disclosures: You are required to submit/ upload relevant personal information which shall include patient’s details like name, age, gender address, contact number, mail ID or any additional relevant information. If the information provided by you is found to be incomplete/ false/ deceptive/ inaccurate or misleading, Insight eye clinic reserves the right to cancel your appointment without assuming any liability whatsoever. Insight eye clinic may use your information for the purpose of providing the Services including analysis, research, training and disclosure (where required) to its affiliates, agents and government authorities.

3. Email and SMS appointment reminders

Email & SMS appointment reminders are sent as a courtesy. Insight eye clinic uses SMS as our main means of communication with patients. For your SMS appointment reminders, it is important that you provide us with mobile number that you regularly use and save Insight eye clinic as a ‘trusted’ contacts in your contact list.

4. Problems or urgent queries

Call the clinic if you have any questions, concerns or queries – or if you have pain, discomfort, or have signs of infection such as redness or swelling. If the phone is engaged, leave a voicemail or text us on 9028050288 and we will return your call.

If you need an emergency appointment, please call us @ 9028050288 so that we can try to find a time that suits you and does not clash with other booked appointments.

5. Electronic Payments: Insight eye clinic offers cash and online mode of payment options. Hence, you may use internet banking, UPI, debit card, credit card for making payment of the Service Fees. You shall be directed to our trusted payment gateway partners once you proceed to make payment of Service Fees. Insight eye clinic shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever, if incorrect or inaccurate credit/ debit card details are provided by you for making the payment of the Service Fees or you use a credit/ debit card which is not lawfully owned by you or if you permit a third party to use your password or other means to access your account. If you allow other person to use/ access your debit/ credit card or internet banking account then you will be responsible for any transaction they authorize. Insight eye clinic shall keep the aforesaid information confidential at all times and shall not utilize and share the same with any of the third parties unless it is an authorized third party website and / or required by law, regulation or court order.

6. Cancel and Refund Policy Eye check-up can be availed only on the date and time of appointment as requested by the patient. For rescheduling your appointment patient shall raise a prior request through a text message or can call us @ 9028050288.The clinic shall not be responsible in case communication is not received by the patient / patient relatives due to incomplete details given by the individual and misses his/ her appointment with us. Refunds may be made on your request in case a patient has not availed the consultation. Request for refund should be sent to insighteyeclinic.pune@gmail.com. Cancellation process and refund processing time may vary under special circumstances (such as holidays, strikes, bank delays etc.) and the clinic cannot be held liable for the delay.

7 Privacy and Security: 

Insight eye clinic is committed towards maintaining the privacy of the information uploaded by you on the Website and complies with the industry standards security safeguards for the purpose of securing the Website and the information provided/ uploaded by you. Insight eye clinic uses all reasonable measures to ensure the integrity of the online payment facility’s security. Despite our endeavors, breaches of security and confidentiality could occur. You acknowledge that we are not liable for any loss suffered by you as a result of any breaches in security.

Generally, we do not disclose personal information to third parties for them to use for their own purposes. However, some of the circumstances in which we may do this are:
