In Our Team, Dr. Rajendra Jadhav is highly skilled and experienced ophthalmologist who specializes in Cataract, refractive surgery, Pediatric Ophthalmology and strabismus. He practices at Insight Eye Clinic since 2010 and has built his practice by providing his patients with excellent and high quality eye care.
Dr. Jadhav values the importance of personalized patient care and is dedicated to achieve these standards of care delivered with professionalism and compassion. He studied Medicine at Dr.V M Medical college Solapur, graduating in 1997and later commenced his residency training in Ophthalmology at the Govt.Medical College Miraj completing his MS Ophthalmology in 2002 and DNB Ophthalmology in 2002. He went on to pursue more extensive training by completing a long term fellowship in advanced cataract surgery at the Laxmi eye Institute in 2003. Subsequently he also did a fellowship at the prestigious Helsinki university central hospital, Helsinki, Finland (Pediatric Ophthalmology and strabismus) in 2011. He has worked as an Associate Consultant at KK Eye Institute and as Chief Ophthalmic surgeon at Lions eye hospital between 2003 and 2009.
Dr. Rajendra Jadhav is cataract surgeon in Pune and he is very keen about continuing medical education as he regularly attends national and international conferences and keeps well versed with the latest technological developments and surgical advances in Ophthalmology. Although his main area of surgical expertise includes micro incision cataract surgery, refractive surgery and glaucoma. He also has an interest in pediatric Ophthalmology and strabismus related surgeries. Whilst his surgical procedures are performed at Crystal clear vision center, Dr Jadhav provides all pre and post-operative care in the personalized environment of his own facility, Insight Eye Clinic in Pune.He is a visiting consultant at cure spects eye care laser center and he also visits Apple and Phoenix Hospital for providing emergency ophthalmic care.
He is a trained Optometrist having specific training, expertise, and experience in the area of eye care for last 15 years. He has enough knowledge about various aspects of scientific way optical ispensing. Helps Assist for commonly performed surgical procedures and laser treatments in the eye care. He is associated with insight eye clinic since 2011.
A valued member of our clinic for a couple of years, Nikita leads the front desk with experience, efficiency, and warmth. As Senior Receptionist, she ensures smooth coordination of appointments and personally guides patients through their visit, making them feel comfortable and well-informed at every step.
She is very calm and optimistic individual who looks after our optical dispensing facility at the clinic.
She leads the clinic’s operations with a strong focus on efficiency, teamwork, and patient satisfaction.
